Railroad Restoration Progresses Apace
Pyongyang, September 27 (KCNA) -- The restoration of railroad has been completed one after another in the flood-hit North Hamgyong Province of the DPRK.

According to data available at the Ministry of Railways, railroad bed has been restored in 50 sections with six stations reconstructed.

As of Sept. 23, 478.35 kilometers of railway were rebuilt and the first train arrived at Musan Station after the start of the flood-damage restoration.

Meanwhile, builders have laid over 200,000 cubic meters of earth for railroad bed, completed 30,000 square meters of revetment and planted a hundred and dozens of electric poles.
