The Algerian president in the message said he received the sad news of considerable losses in lives and materials by the flood in the northern area of the DPRK.

He expressed deep consolation, full solidarity and sympathy to Kim Jong Un and the bereaved families over huge disasters in the country, on behalf of the government and people of Algeria and on his own behalf.
