Minju Joson Wednesday says in a commentary this is little short of a declaration of a nuclear war as they threatened to make a preemptive nuclear strike at the DPRK.

The commentary goes on:

They are working hard to put into practice the phased war strategy to make a preemptive nuclear strike at the DPRK while pulling up it over its self-defensive measures, labeling them "threat" and "provocation".

The DPRK has already clarified that it would not be the first to use nuclear weapons unless the hostile forces for aggression encroach upon its sovereignty and urged the U.S. to exercise prudence and self-restraint.

The DPRK would like to warn the brigandish U.S. imperialists and the Park Geun Hye group of traitors once again that they should not forget even a moment the revolutionary armed forces of the DPRK are fully ready to go into a decisive action to thoroughly contain the reckless military moves of the aggressors and provocateurs to carry out their "scenario for preemptive nuclear strike at the north".

The U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet forces should stop acting rashly, bearing in mind the warnings of the DPRK that the only way for the U.S. to escape the deadly strikes of the infuriated Korean People's Army is to exercise prudence and self-restraint, refraining from encroaching upon the dignity and security of the DPRK.
