Dr. Kim Tong Ha of Kim Il Sung University who is an expert on international affairs said this in an interview with KCNA.

It is ridiculous that the U.S behaves itself as "human rights judge" in international arena, instead of worrying about its worst human rights records, he said, and continued:

Under the pretext of "war on terrorism", the U.S. has bombed at its own judgment any place of the world, whether it was a wedding place or hospital, killing many people, irrespective of the sovereignty of the lesser nations and rights of civilians.

Therefore, the UN high commissioner for Human Rights denounced the atrocities committed by the U.S. forces as war crimes to be brought before the military tribunal. And Chinese experts on international affairs said that the refugee crisis would have been unthinkable without military interference of the U.S. and Western countries in the Middle East.

Such being a hard fact, the U.S. is making desperate effort to preserve its position as the "only superpower" from sinking by sitting the countries disagreeable to its feeling in the "dock at a human rights tribunal".

A department director of the Russian Foreign Ministry said that double standards in dealing human rights issue disturbs the cooperation and dialogue, adding that Russia will fight against double standards, politicization of human rights issue and abuse of human rights issue aiming at interfering in others' internal affairs.

The persistent U.S. "human rights racket" against the DPRK will lead to its self-destruction.
