Minister of Public Health Kang Ha Guk said that the factory was built as a monumental edifice embodying the loving care for the people thanks to the personal initiative and energetic leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

He underscored the need to scrupulously manage equipment and improve technical control in order to keep the equipment in full-capacity operation, keep the production going at a high rate, supply quality oxygen to preventive and curative medical institutions to make sure that the party's love reach the people.
