The Brazilian Center for the Study of the Juche Idea said this in an article posted on its website on Sept. 24.

The article said:

The DPRK's recent successful nuclear warhead explosion test proved again that the U.S. has acted a blind fool.

The U.S. has taken up an attitude of denying the DPRK's possession of nuclear weapons till now.

It is the U.S. policy to squarely deny the DPRK's strategic position as a full-fledged nuclear weapons state.

Such policy making a denial of the irrefutable reality has stirred up discontent in the U.S.

Since the DPRK declared its access to nuclear weapons to cope with the U.S. nuclear threat, it has directed big efforts to bolstering the nuclear force.

The DPRK ranked itself among nuclear weapons states being possessed of H-bombs in this course. The successful nuclear warhead explosion test will enable the DPRK to produce as many as it requires a variety of smaller, lighter and diversified nuclear warheads.

This is attributable to the U.S. time-worn hostile policy and anachronistic nuclear threat with denial of the DPRK's possession of nuclear weapons.
