In an article titled "71st founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea" the bulletin said:

The great Comrade Kim Il Sung put forward the Juche-based idea and theory of building the party and provided the organizational and ideological foundation for building the party during the anti-Japanese armed struggle. Right after the liberation of Korea he founded the party and realized the cause of building the army and the state.

The Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) has strengthened into a mass party deeply rooted among the broad segments of popular masses, and under the leadership of the Party the Korean people won a brilliant victory in the Fatherland Liberation War, finished the rehabilitation and construction in a short span of time after the war and have stepped up socialist construction.

The Juche idea founded by Comrade Kim Il Sung deeply instilled into progressive mankind the truth that only when they struggle against aggression and submission, can they defend the sovereignty of the country and the dignity of the nation and win victory in the revolution and that the nation with pride and self-esteem is sure to win.

That is why the ranks of the Juche idea followers are increasing day by day in many countries of the world.

The Korean people have firmly defended the sovereignty and dignity of the country and the nation and worked miracles and innovations in socialist construction despite the U.S. persistent military threat and economic blockade for several decades.

Thanks to the outstanding leadership of HE Kim Jong Un, in particular, the DPRK has made eye-opening development in building a socialist power and ranked itself among the nuclear powers.
