At the meeting, the speakers denounced the regime for making public the 2017 budget which drastically cut down the funds for the persons of disabilities and other socially vulnerable persons.

Violence is not just firing water cannon but such social system itself means violence, they said, calling upon persons of disabilities to turn out in the struggle to survive on this land.
