Present there were Chairman Kim Chang Ryong, Co-Chairman Johnny Hon and Vice-Chairman Keith Bennett of the council and its members.

The meeting reviewed the work of the council over the past one year after the first enlarged meeting of the council and set forth the action program.

They underlined the need to give wide publicity to the greatness of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il who made undying contributions to accomplishing the cause of global independence and to develop the Foundation.

On the same day there was a general assembly of the foundation.

Present at the general assembly were staffers of the council and officials of the Secretariat of the Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il Foundation.

The general assembly informed the participants of the successes and experience made in the work of the foundation since its founding and discussed the tasks and practical issues for carrying them out.

A letter to supreme leader Kim Jong Un was adopted at the general assembly.

The council gave a reception that day for the participants in the second meeting and the general assembly.
