Present at the events were personages of the Czechoslovak Communist Party, the Communist Party in Denmark, the Denmark-DPRK Friendship Association, the Swiss preparatory committee for 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu, the Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and masses.

Iri Vabr, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Czechoslovak Communist Party, in his speech said that President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il steadily strengthened the position and role of the WPK and victoriously led the Korean revolution by achieving unity and cohesion of the Party.

Anders Kristensen, chairman of the Denmark-DPRK Friendship Association, said Kim Il Sung set forth the unique policy for party building in the first period of the revolution and achieved the historic cause of the party building after the liberation of the country. Under his leadership the WPK has successfully fulfilled the mission and role as the guiding force of the revolution.

Martin Lotscher, chairman of the Switzerland-Korea Committee, said Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il built the WPK into the genuine mother party serving the people.

Congratulatory messages to Marshal Kim Jong Un were adopted at the events.
