U.S., S. Korean Puppet Warmongers Kick off North-targeted War Maneuvers in Hotspot Waters in West Sea of Korea

Pyongyang, October 6 (KCNA) -- The U.S. imperialist aggressor forces and the marine forces of the south Korean puppet army are staging the north-targeted war maneuvers on Paekryong Island and Yonphyong Island, the biggest hotspots in the West Sea of Korea, from the end of September.

This was announced by the command of the puppet marine forces on Oct. 4.

No sooner had the Third Marine Task Group of the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces arrived at south Korea than it formed a combined unit with the Sixth Marine Brigade of the puppet army and is busying with war maneuvers for aggression including tactical drill, drill for guiding airplanes, etc. against the DPRK.

The Third Marine Task Group stationed in Okinawa, Japan is the aggression forces which will be dispatched before any other forces in case of contingency on the Korean peninsula, according to OPLAN 5027, a scenario for a war against the DPRK.
