Anniversary of October 4 Declaration Marked in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, October 6 (KCNA) -- The South Kyongsang Provincial Headquarters of the South Side Committee for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration held a grand chorus rally for peace on Oct. 4, the ninth anniversary of the October 4 declaration, according to the south Korean on-line paper OhmyNews. Kim Yong Man, permanent representative of the headquarters, in a speech said the military confrontation and standoff on the Korean peninsula have reached an extreme phase, adding now is the high time that peace is realized on the Korean peninsula. |
