The Ministry of Land and Maritime Transport launched a campaign for carrying to the disaster areas many relief goods, building materials and machines from Wonsan and Hungnam ports, with general mobilization of all vessels on the east sea.

The ministry has done all the works ranging from the entry to discharging under a meticulous plan.

At present, heavily laden ships arrive in Chongjin Port everyday.
