In hearty response to the Workers' Party of Korea's call for all-out recovery efforts, the employees of the complex have boosted the cement output 1.5 times to supply several thousand tons of cement to the disaster areas in a day.

Up to now the complex sent more than 70,000 tons of cement to flood-hit North Hamgyong Province.

Last year the complex had honor of receiving a congratulatory message from supreme leader Kim Jong Un by surpassing the level of peak year in production.
