A creation of a great transformation of nature along the coast of the West Sea is the eternal treasure for the country's prosperity produced by the death-defying struggle of the heroic Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il working class in the spirit of self-reliance and self-development.

The completion ceremony took place on the spot Thursday.

Present at the ceremony were Kwak Pom Gi, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned and officials and employees of the North Phyongan Provincial Tideland Reclamation Complex.

Kim Nung O, chairman of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, in his address said the tens of ri-long dam extending across the rough sea and 4,500 hectares of reclaimed tideland are produced as the fruition of the wise guidance of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and supreme leader Kim Jong Un.

He called upon the builders of the complex to create world-startling heroic miracles in the second-phase project of Honggondo Tideland and glorify the honor of being a model unit in the struggle for implementing the decision of the Seventh Congress of the WPK.
