Introduced there were many achievements and data made in researches to put the production processes on an IT basis. Among them were combined production and control systems, management information systems, programs for flexible manufacturing system, programs for supporting education and information and communication means.

There were introduction of achievements and experience of advanced units and brisk technological exchange to introduce latest technology.

Present at the closing ceremony were Kim Ki Nam, Ro Tu Chol, Ri Chung Gil, chairman of the State Science and Technology Commission, officials concerned and officials and working people of relevant units.

The results of jury were published at the ceremony.
