The president in the message extended warm congratulations and best wishes to Kim Jong Un and the people of the DPRK on his own behalf and on behalf of the government and people of Kenya on the occasion of September 9, 2016, the 68th founding anniversary of the DPRK.

The message expressed belief that the ties between the two countries would further develop in the interests of the peoples of the two countries, sincerely wishing Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and the people of the DPRK sustainable prosperity.
