Over the past 71 years under the wise guidance of the great leaders of the Korean people President Kim Il Sung and Comrade Kim Jong Il and the WPK headed by you, the great successor to the revolutionary cause, the fraternal Korean people have staged a brave and bold struggle to oppose imperialism and protect the revolutionary gains under the banner of the Juche idea and the Songun line and steadily and comprehensively achieved great successes in carrying out the lines and policies of the party, ensuring political stability, developing economy and improving the people's living standard.
