Participants in Cycling Journey for Reunification Visit Mangyongdae

| Pyongyang, October 10 (KCNA) -- The participants in a cycling journey for reunification of the Chinese regional preparatory committee for the joint meeting of the political parties, organizations and individual personages in the north, the south and abroad for peace and independent reunification of the Korean peninsula visited Mangyongdae, birthplace of President Kim Il Sung. They are headed by Co Vice-Chairman of the Chinese preparatory committee Choe Su Bong, vice-chairman of the General Association of Koreans in China. They laid bouquets before the old home in Mangyongdae and looked round the historical relics preserved there with much care, being briefed on the revolutionary history of Kim Il Sung and members of his patriotic and revolutionary family. They also toured the National Gifts Exhibition House, the Sci-Tech Complex, the Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace, etc. |
