Production of Consumer Goods Goes up in DPRK

| Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- Factories under the Ministry of Light Industry of the DPRK have increased the production of consumer goods for flood victims in the northern party of the country, in hearty response to the appealing call of the Workers' Party of Korea. According to data available at the ministry, over 300 000 pieces of consumer goods like cloth, towel, underwear, socks and shoes were sent to the disaster areas of North Hamgyong Province. |
