DPRK Women Footballers Advance into Quarterfinals

| Pyongyang, October 10 (KCNA) -- League matches of 2016 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup finished on Saturday. The games began from September 30 in Jordan. The DPRK team belongs in group C together with the teams of Nigeria, Brazil and England. The DPRK team drew with England 3:3 and beat Brazilian rival 1:0. After trouncing the Nigerian team 3:0, the DPRK team took the first place in the group. The DPRK team will play the quarterfinal game with the Ghanaian team on October 13. |
