It is none other than the U.S. which is openly committing state-sponsored terrorist acts of violating the sovereignty of those countries courting its displeasure and it is also the U.S. which is offering shelters to international terrorists and letting them strut about, the commentary notes.

Recalling the Cuban airliner explosion committed by Posada who fled to the U.S. after the victory in the Cuban revolution 40 years ago, the commentary goes on:

UNSC resolution 137 which was adopted in 2001 calls for refraining from rendering any support to entities or persons involved in terrorist activities and rejecting any offer of shelters to those who plan, support or perpetrate terrorist acts.

The U.S. should have been put on the list of sponsors of terrorism for providing a shelter to international terrorist Posada in line with the UN resolution. But it is the real "anti-terrorist" policy of the U.S. which applies international law in its favor and disregards the law when it is unfavorable to it.

Terrorists are at large in different parts of the world due to the "anti-terrorist war" being committed by the U.S. for aggression in a bid to realize military domination over the strategic vantages and major resource zones. The "Islamic State" in the Mideast is a cancer-like entity that appeared as a result of the U.S. policy of dominating it.

Terrorism, worldwide trouble, can never be rooted out as long as the U.S. persists in its policy of aggression and domination.
