Among the audience were Hwang Pyong So and Choe Ryong Hae, members of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the WPK Central Committee, and other senior party and army officials, officials of the party and armed forces organs, those of the units associated with the leadership exploits and model units in the 200-day campaign of loyalty in Pyongyang, labor innovators, university students and overseas Koreans.

Present there on invitation were diplomatic envoys, representatives of international bodies and military attaches of foreign embassies here and their spouses and foreign guests.
