In the message the president extended sincere congratulations to Kim Jong Un and the friendly Korean people on the 71st anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea on behalf of the Syrian people and on his own behalf

The message wished Kim Jong Un good health, happiness and success and the Korean people greater progress and prosperity.

It expressed conviction that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger in the interests of the two friendly peoples.
