More than 10,000 members of the confederation took part in the rally for the 3rd all-out action for general strike held in Seoul on the same day.

At the rally the organization set it as the basic demands to have illegal administration guidelines repealed, stop de-nationalization, abrogation of the system of estimating teachers, check a retrogressive revision of the "law of government employees", enforce a special inspection on violence against peasant Paek Nam Gi and punish those responsible for it and revise the special law on probing the truth about the ferry Sewol disaster.

It declared it as the orientation of its action to have the above-said demands met, expand fighting force and develop the present struggle for vital rights into the one for forcing the Park Geun Hye regime step down.
