The chairman in the message extended congratulations to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to all the Korean people on the occasion of the 71st founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), the significant day, on behalf of "A Just Russia" and on his own behalf.

The WPK, founded on Oct. 10, 1945 has become a guiding force of Korea's society and it assumes a high sense of responsibility for the future of the country and citizens today, the message said, adding:

It is natural that the Korean people, diligent and resourceful, are enjoying a peaceful life in a friendly manner with countries around the Korean peninsula in their developed and modern socialist country.

It is fundamental for future prosperity of the DPRK to ensure the durable peace and stability and stable development of the region.

The message expressed expectation that the WPK would make proactive efforts to solve these problems at an early date.

It wished Kim Jong Un and all the Korean people peace and prosperity and big successes in building a socialist state.
