The general secretary in the message said that at this moment marking the 71st founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) all the members of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea and its supporters extended the warmest and heartfelt congratulations to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to the WPK and all the Korean people on behalf of Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, founder-chairman of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea.
