Present at the events were personages of the Thai preparatory committee for 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu, the Thailand-Korea Friendship Association, Rajabat Pranakorn University and some companies of Thailand and masses.

Films shown included the Korean films "Grand Celebration of 70th Founding Anniversary of Workers' Party of Korea in Presence of Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un", "Flag of WPK" and "Okryu Children's Hospital."

The chairman of the Thailand-Korea Friendship Association said:

HE Kim Il Sung, the eternal President of the DPRK, founded the WPK on October 10, 1945.

Hammer, sickle and writing brush are depicted on the red flag of the WPK.

This helps one know well that the WPK is the revolutionary party representing the working masses.

The WPK further developed into a popular revolutionary party under the wise leadership of HE Kim Jong Il.

The Korean people are highly praising the WPK as a motherly party.

The exploits President Kim Il Sung and HE Kim Jong Il performed by founding and strengthening the WPK will shine forever.
