In Obong district of Hoeryong City, one of the flood-hit areas in the province, soldier-builders completed the framework for school with a total floor space of 6,000 square meters, kindergarten and clinic in a little over fifteen days after groundbreaking.

They are now speeding up the construction of public buildings with a goal to complete it by the end of this month.
