New Stamp Issued in DPRK

| Pyongyang, October 18 (KCNA) -- The State Stamp Bureau of the DPRK issued a stamp (individual) to mark the 70th founding anniversary of the DPRK Red Cross Society (RCS). Seen in the upper part of the stamp are letters "70th anniversary of the DPRK Red Cross Society" and in its lower part are those reading "Humanism", "Impartiality", "Neutrality" and "Independence" with the RCS flag in its center. The DPRK RCS was formed on October 18, Juche 35 (1946) on the initiative of President Kim Il Sung. |
