On October 12 the puppet prosecution authorities indicted the representative of the Minju Party and prominent lawmakers and many other members of the party on the charge of violation of the "election law" during the past April 13 general election.

Meanwhile, the prosecution took pro-Park Geun Hye persons of the "Saenuri Party" free from suspicions.

The Minju Party on October 13 held an emergency meeting of the supreme committee and a meeting of lawmakers at the "National Assembly" to bitterly denounce the Park Geun Hye regime and puppet prosecution.

The representative of the Minju Party said the unprecedented indictment by the prosecution is the despicable one to cover up scandals of the authorities related to Choe Sun Sil, U Pyong U and others and suppression of the opposition party.

The Minju Party will not remain an onlooker to the "government's" bid to cover up scandals but struggle against them, the representative noted.
