U.S. Forces Practice Usury

Pyongyang, October 19 (KCNA) -- The U.S. imperialist aggression forces in south Korea continuously practice usuries with the expenses for the forces' upkeep collected from the south Korean people, sparking off a big uproar.

According to the south Korean internet paper E-Daily on October 13, much fund amounting to the one third of the military construction cost which is nearly half of the expenses for the upkeep were left unused in 2013 when Park Geun Hye took office.

The U.S. forces fail to use more than 10 percent of the military construction cost in 2014 and 2015.

The U.S. forces practice usuries with the money.
