The meeting was a master and servant confab for a war against the north which has been under way since 1978 under the pretext of working out the U.S. "defence strategy" and operational guidelines for south Korea and discussing pending issues concerning military alliance.

The meeting also attended by the U.S. Pacific commander and the commander of the U.S. imperialist aggression forces in south Korea examined the military cooperation system based on the U.S. extended deterrence in case of emergency on the Korean peninsula and agreed to invent and introduce effective countermeasures to this end.

The recent confab was a criminal one aimed at reconfirming the preemptive nuclear strike at the DPRK as the top priority task of the U.S.-south Korea military alliance and at rounding off the procedures for coordinated operations of the U.S. forces in south Korea, the U.S. Pacific Command and the south Korean puppet army.
