Recalling 33 lawmakers were taken to court for violating the "election law" during the April 13 general election, the radio said the prosecution is under fire by the public for openly flattering the regime.

It noted that the representative of the opposition Minju Party and veteran lawmakers from it and those from the ruling "Saenuri Party" who are not in the pro-Park Geun Hye circle were indicted while pro-Park lawmakers accused of interfering in the nomination process of the "Saenuri Party" were all cleared of suspicion.
