He clarified the principled stand of the DPRK, taking note of the report of the special committee on UN Charter and on strengthening the role of the organization submitted to the full-dress session as follows:

Firstly, all the issues arising in the international relations should be solved to serve the purpose of the UN and on the principle provided for in the UN Charter.

Secondly, the UN Security Council has to fulfill its mission in a fair and responsible manner as befitting its primary responsibility for ensuring international peace and security.

Thirdly, the inglorious history of the UN which has been misused quite contrary to peace and security on the Korean peninsula should be ended as quickly as possible.

The delegate strongly demanded once again that U.S. disband at an early date the illegal "UN Forces Command" in south Korea and withdraw all aggression forces from south Korea according to a resolution adopted at the 30th UN General Assembly, expressing the expectation that all the member nations would voice positive support and solidarity to it.
