The speakers accused the authorities and plutocrats of suppressing trade unions by introducing the system of paying salaries according to piece rate without consent from the unions, changing employment regulations and distorting legitimate strike as illegal.

The railway trade union expressed the will to stage indefinite general strike.

At a large-scale rally of the KCTU the speakers called for leading the present general strike to people's all-out strike and fighting to force the corrupt, illegal and man-killing regime to step down.
