Kim Ki Nam and Choe Thae Bok, officials concerned and senior officials of the C.C., the GFTUK met with the participants and congratulated officials and members of the trade unions and workers on participating in the congress.

Upon hearing the story that the participants have brought about a great leaping forward and innovations in the work sites for a great socialist upswing on the self-development first principle, upholding the Party's ideology and cause, they appreciated their successes.
