The U.S. is the first country to be tried by the ICC as it has viciously thrown a blockade around the sovereign country and ratcheted up sanctions against it.

A declaration was published at the 77 Group ministerial meeting held on the sidelines of the 71st UN General Assembly to reject the unilateral sanctions against the DPRK and demand the immediate lift of the sanctions.
