They brought together officials, scientists, technicians, teachers, researchers and graduate students of more than 30 units including Kim Il Sung University, Kim Chaek University of Technology, the State Nanotechnology Bureau, the Nano Materials Institute of the State Academy of Sciences and the Agricultural Nano Technology Institute of the Academy of Agricultural Science.

The presentation was divided into panels of nano theory, measurement, nano materials, nano agriculture and medical science.

The presentation heard more than 90 papers.

On display at the exhibition were products of at least 100 varieties and materials showing the successes made in nano technical introduction into various fields including agriculture, metal, building materials, light industry and medical science.

The presentation and exhibition will last till Oct. 28.
