President Kim Il Sung provided the tradition of the revolutionary media in the flames of the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle and founded Kulloja, political and theoretical magazine, on Oct. 25, Juche 35 (1946).

He made it sure that the title of the magazine was called "Kulloja" and indicated all problems including the orientation of its edition, contents and distribution.

Leader Kim Jong Il devoted all efforts and soul to improving the editing of the magazine.

For the past seven decades the magazine has inspired officials, party members and other people to accomplishing the Songun revolutionary cause of Juche in the van of party's ideological and theoretical agitation drive while devotedly defending the party with the writing brush of the revolution.

A meeting to mark the anniversary was held at the People's Palace of Culture on Monday.

Present there were Kim Ki Nam, vice-chairman of the C.C., the WPK, officials of ministries and national institutions, journalists and editors of the Workers' Party of Korea Publishing House and information officials in charge of theory in Pyongyang.
