Total Failure of Park Geun Hye Group's Policy of Confrontation with DPRK Unavoidable: Rodong Sinmun

Pyongyang, October 25 (KCNA) -- The north-south relations have been driven into the worst catastrophe and acute tensions are prevailing on the Korean peninsula. This is attributable to the U.S. anachronistic policy of isolating and stifling the DPRK and the reckless moves of the Park Geun Hye group of traitors for escalating confrontation with the compatriots, zealously pursuant to the U.S. policy.

Rodong Sinmun Tuesday says this in an article.

If fellow countrymen are prioritized and they pool their efforts, the inter-Korean relations will be improved and the way of dialogue, cooperation, peace and reunification be paved, but if importance is attached to foreign forces and the confrontation with fellow countrymen is being escalated in reliance upon foreign forces, the way of dialogue and cooperation will be closed and mistrust and tensions will fester to bring the situation to the brink of war. This is a bitter lesson taught by the distress-torn history of the inter-Korean relations.

The south Korean puppet authorities' policy of escalating the confrontation with the fellow countrymen in the north is bound to go totally bankrupt. This is the historic inevitability.

The Park group is trying to escape the fate of ruin by more tightly clinging to the coattails of foreign forces though it is being forsaken and censured by the nation, but it is a serious mistake.

The puppet forces are now getting hell-bent on the moves for escalating the above-said confrontation with a foolish calculation while ignoring the strategic position of the DPRK. This is a ridiculous act of the fools unable to discern the trend of the times.

No matter how desperately the Park group may try, it can never prevent its policy of confrontation from going totally bankrupt.
