In the declaration the organization denounced Park Geun Hye for distorting the history as evidenced by its act of diminishing the meaning of the anti-Japanese independence movement of the Korean nation including the March First Movement.

It noted that the "agreement" on the sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army was not the one which the government should have done in disregard of victims.

It urged the authorities to retract the system of introducing "state-compiled history textbooks" and nullify the humiliating "agreement" with Japan.
