The president in the message said that he heard sad news that there happened losses of lives and flood-inflicted inhabitants and destruction of important economic and social infrastructure and huge arable lands in the northern part of North Hamgyong Province of the DPRK owing to flood.

He expressed deep condolences to the Korean people and victims who suffered natural disaster on behalf of the government and people of Mozambique and on his own behalf.

He expressed solidarity of the government and people of Mozambique with the government and people of the DPRK with regard to the flood damage and hoped that consequences of damage will successfully and quickly be cleared up during the 200-day campaign.
