According to the south Korean paper MT on October 21, in July the chief for cultural programs and the director for news bulletins, etc. of KBS instructed two mediamen to criticize the commentator who made low comment on the anti-DPRK film "Inchon Landing Operation". But they flatly refused to meet this demand, saying "they could not air a biased program."

Right after the parliamentary inspection of the administration on October 19 the KBS management side punished those mediamen.

The KBS headquarters of the Media Trade Union on Oct. 20 made public a statement bitterly denouncing the despicable action.
