U.S.-S. Korea Military Confab Accused

Pyongyang, October 27 (KCNA) -- The People for Achieving Peace and Reunification of south Korea on Oct. 25 held the 174th rally for peace and arms reduction outside the puppet Defense Ministry in protest against the dangerous war confab between the U.S. and south Korea for preemptive attack on the DPRK.

The organization said on Oct. 20 the south Korean and U.S. authorities held an annual security consultative meeting at which they reached agreements on bolstering up extended deterrence, increasing capability for carrying out "tailored deterrence strategy" and implementing "4D OPLAN", deploying THAAD and tightening the south Korea-U.S.-Japan military nexus and other matters.

The organization held the "tailored deterrence strategy" and the "4D OPLAN" should be immediately withdrawn as they would bring a nuclear war to the Korean peninsula and spark off permanent nuclear standoff.
