Ju Yong Gil, chairman of the Central Committee of the GFTUK, said in a speech that Marshal Kim Jong Un showed such loving care as making sure that birthday spreads were arranged for the participants greeting their birthdays during the congress.

The loving care shown by Kim Jong Un reflects his profound trust and expectation to see the participants in the congress carry out their responsibility and duty in the struggle for the prosperity of the socialist country, he noted.

He called on them to thoroughly carry out the tasks set forth in the letter sent by Kim Jong Un and thus fulfil the contemporary mission of the heroic working class of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and contribute to developing the trade unions into the reliable assistant and defender of the Party, deeply cherishing today's honor.
