An official concerned of the regime on Oct. 27 claimed the sharing of information with the U.S. and Japan brooks no delay to cope with the substantial nuclear and missile threat from someone, adding the regime would start the discussion on what kind of negotiations it would hold with Japan.

It is not a secret that this move requested by Japan is aimed to knock into shape the triangular military alliance by activating the exchange of information with the U.S. and Japan.
