The message expressed belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger in conformity with the common interests of the peoples of the two countries and wished the prime minister success in his work for the development and prosperity of the country.

Meanwhile, DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho sent a similar message to Ramtane Lamamra, minister of State and minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Algeria, on the same day.
