Pyongyang, November 2 (KCNA) -- It was reported that south Korean opposition parties and civic and public organizations and even some members of the ruling party are strongly rejecting the decision made by the Park Geun Hye group on resuming the discussion for striking an agreement on protection of military information with Japan. The Minju Party affirmed it would check the said acts of Park at a meeting on Oct. 28, saying the Lee Myung Bak regime couldn't help but stop halfway the push for an agreement four years ago in the face of a defiant response from the people. It queried what made the regime attempt again to join hands with Japan militarily. The Kukmin Party expressed strong opposition to an agreement at an emergency meeting on the same day, saying the striking of the agreement would only encourage the dream of Japan's militarism. Some civic and social organizations also held a joint press conference on the same day and demanded an immediate stop to the push for the negotiations with Japan. |
