About 80 ultra-right politicians affiliated to "the Association of Dietmen for Visiting Yasukuni Shrine" recently swarmed to the shrine to pay homage to the departed war criminals. Even the Japanese minister of General Affairs and the assistants to the prime minister paid similar visits to it.

Commenting on this, Minju Joson Wednesday says:

The persistent visits paid by Japanese reactionaries to the shrine despite protest and condemnation by Asian countries were prompted by their foolish daydream to repeat their crime-woven history.

They are seeking an important purpose through their frequent visits to the shrine.

They regard such visit as an occasion of paying tribute to the soul of the departed war criminals and pledging to realize the militarist ambition for overseas aggression at any cost by carrying forward their spirit.

A particular mention should be made of the fact that they are persistently refusing to make apology and reparation for the most hideous unethical crimes, turning down the demand of the international community for the settlement of Japan's past crimes.

It is needless to say that all this is connected with their moves for the above-said overseas aggression.

Their frequent visits to the shrine to call back the departed soul of the militarists remind one of psychopaths desperately scouring a dumping ground to look for something.

They had better stop such foolish actions and take the road of peace.
